And this is why we love grandmas. And cats. Some would say that this was a waste of time on the grandma's part, but some would be wrong. This is so wholesome, it is impossible to call this time wasted. The number of smiles put on people's faces after seeing this made doing this totally worth it.

If there is one guaranteed way to know that a cat lover is not okay, it is this one. If the cat does something cute, and the reaction of the cat person is not intense, instantaneous, and full of aww, then clearly, something is wrong. Approach them cautiously, and don't forget to place their kitty on their lap as a distraction. Tried and tested method from yours truly.
